Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri are generally posted the same day, and aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail. The paper is carefully rolled into a postal tube to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

The prices for UK delivery (up to 2kg) are as follows:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) - £5.75
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) - £4.95 

 Please note: If you are buying sample packs only, your papers will be sent via 1st Class Large Letter and any extra postage paid will be refunded after purchase. Prices are as follows:1 pack £1.95 2-6 packs £2.95 7-12 packs £3.50 13-20 packs £3.95

Parcels are dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering, but we cannot be held responsible for delays once they have entered the postal system. Please allow plenty of time for your delivery to arrive - or contact me for other courier/expedited options. Please note that parcels are not considered lost by Royal Mail until ten working days after the due date, so please allow 2 weeks before contacting me about a delayed parcel, but no later than 3 weeks after the due date. 

Paper is carefully rolled and packaged in a strong mailing tube to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

International Orders


 ** Please note that sadly due to EU GPSR regulations Paper Tree Nook is currently not shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland **

The guide from Royal Mail for international orders is 5-7 working days, they are generally very good, however it can take longer and especially during busy holiday periods where it may take several weeks. Please allow 6 weeks before contacting about a delayed order, to allow for any customs issues. It is extremely rare for parcels to go missing completely, but delays with international orders are not at all unusual. Please also note that international parcels may incur taxes/admin charges at customs. If your parcel seems to be delayed, it is very important to contact your postal service to see if there are customs charges to pay, as this will hold up a shipment and eventually cause it to be returned to the UK. and the postage cost will be lost. 

Returns

We hope you that be pleased with your order from Paper Tree Nook! If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,  please use the contact form to let us know. Orders must be returned in full in their original condition within 14 days of receipt (UK only):

  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 
  • Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty - please contact us before returning the items.
